The Lincoln Financial Scholars Program is designed to nurture the potential of Scholars, while equipping them with the tools they need for a successful career that empowers them to make their unique and impactful marks on the world. Scholars gained a general understanding of foundational values in the areas of personal and professional development, and how each value contributes to the overall preparedness for the professional world. The recipient of the certificate has completed a rigorous program with various opportunities for theoretical learning and practical application of learned professional competencies with a focus on professional and career development.
