Gold Leading the Way I
Participants worked a comprehensive study program through UNCF partnerships focusing on leadership development strategies:
• Identity ways to practice leadership skills by engaging in a campus organization.
• Identify and understand the characteristics of leadership through the development of soft and hard skills and different leadership styles.
• Demonstrate the awareness, attitude, knowledge, and skills required to equitably engage and include people from different local and global cultures.
• Clearly and effectively exchange information, ideas, facts, and perspectives with persons inside and outside of an organization.
• Recognize and capitalize on personal and team strengths to achieve organizational goals.
