The Student Professional Development Program (SPDP) at UNCF has a vision to nurture and unlock the potential of minority scholar change agents, while equipping them with the tools they need for a successful career that empowers them to make their unique and impactful marks on the world.
SPDP is committed to providing scholars opportunities through professional and career development that will allow exploration of their own identities and continued development of a conscious awareness for self and others. We are committed to creating a hybrid environment for scholars both in-person and virtually that allows scholars to develop their critical consciousness, curiosity, and challenges to social injustices.
